Subscription & Cancellation Policy — Mally
1. One-Time Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled after it has entered processing or has shipped.
2. Subscription Minimum
All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two (2) billing cycles. You may cancel only after your second successful payment. No early cancellations or refunds are permitted before the second billing cycle is complete.
3. Bundle Subscriptions & Rebill Quantity
Introductory bundle pricing and any free items apply to your first order only. To keep subscriptions simple and cost-effective, multi-bottle bundle subscriptions (for example, Buy 2 Get 2) are automatically adjusted starting with the first renewal: your recurring order will ship two (2) bottles per cycle at the applicable subscription price, rather than the full promotional bundle quantity. If you would prefer to keep receiving a larger quantity each cycle, email us at mallysupply@gmail.com and we will arrange it for you.
4. Cancellation Process
After completing the two-cycle minimum, you can cancel using the management link in your order confirmation emails, or by contacting us at mallysupply@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must be received before your next scheduled billing date.
5. No Refunds on Completed Cycles
Canceling a subscription stops future charges only. Charges already processed for completed billing cycles are non-refundable.
6. Billing & Renewals
Your payment details are stored securely and will be charged on your selected delivery frequency unless prepaid. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled after the second billing cycle.
7. Disputes
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute before completing the two-cycle minimum is a violation of these terms. We will provide proof of your agreement to this policy in all disputes.
