Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Estimated delivery is 5–12 days for the US & Canada and 7–21 days for other regions. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Fees & Tracking
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, with any active promotions applied automatically. A tracking email is sent once your order ships; tracking information typically appears in the carrier's system within 24–72 hours.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
Customer Responsibilities
Please provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses or for packages marked as undeliverable.
Liability
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. We do not cover theft after delivery or carrier delays. Force majeure events (customs delays, natural disasters, pandemics) are excluded from our responsibility.
